LarpCraft Magic System - Mana Bands

Here are some examples of mana bands. In a nutshell these bands are worn by anyone who performs magic. It represents how many spells a caster can cast before needing mana potion or extended rest. (10 min per band). This system is in place to limit magic in our system and doesn't allow spell casters to become too powerful in any given battle.

All characters who can performs magic start with 1 mana band and must learn how to use additional bands to increase their magic ability. You still need to learn whatever magic you want to perform and it must be on your character sheet before you play.

If you have any questions, please ask them here. Mana bands are to be on your belt on the opposite side of your life bands. you can't ware mana bands on your wrist however like with life bands. They must be on your belt in clear view of everyone.

When you are in battle and you have used a spell, some will tuck their mana bands behind their belt to quickly keep track of how many spells they can toss yet. We will be making a video explaining this process in the next few days.

If you have a free profile on LarpCraft you can see all the spells. Right now we only have about 10 spells per element and that is a lot of choices for spell casters to start with. The magic system is here: http://www.larpcraft.com/forums/index.php?forums/LCRMagic/ again, you will need a simple profile to see these in the scrolls.

We are working on finishing the printed book this weekend.
